Position provides and coordinates spiritual services to patients and their families. All patients and family members are followed by the Chaplain, in order to determine and fulfill needs on a continuing basis. The Chaplain identifies pastoral and spiritual resources in the community and coordinates these to ensure that denominational preferences are met.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology or Bible College; Master of Divinity preferred.
Two years or equivalent full-time experience in Chaplain work within the last three years.
Demonstrated clinical experience in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness, grief, and loss.
A knowledge of and appreciation of religious values, beliefs and practices that allows for open and flexible communication with people of all faiths and those of none.
Basic computer knowledge.
Possess valid state driver's license and reliable automobile and be willing to operate personal car as necessitated by nature of job.
Proof of current automobile insurance with minimum state financial responsibility limits.

**New employees are required to complete tuberculosis screening and provide proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination.
