Port St. John Veterinary Hospital is looking for a skilled Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team!

We empower our CVTs to fully utilize their expertise while delivering top-quality patient care. In this role, youll be an integral part of our team, managing patient flow, assisting in surgery, performing outpatient procedures, educating clients, and more. This is a full-time position with scheduling needs of 4-10s, Monday-Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive pay: $20-$23/hour
Bonus package: $2,000 based on credentials
CE allowance: $500-$1,000 annually based on tenure (Credentialed technicians only)

Required qualifications and skillset:

3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
Current CVT license in the state of FL
Proficiency in the following skills:
- Surgical assistance, including monitoring, anesthesia, and post-op recovery
- Advanced dentistry, including dental prophylaxis, extractions, and radiographs
- Blood draws and IVC placement
- Microscopic evaluation
- Outpatient procedures
