Position Summary: Join our team as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our Members and supporting our Pharmacy operations. What You'll Do: Provide outstanding Member service by acknowledging their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and addressing any concerns. Operate cash registers and related equipment to process Member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Assist in processing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) orders, and maintain accurate prescription documentation. Stock and secure Pharmacy merchandise while organizing the area efficiently in adherence to company standards. Collaborate with managers and co-workers to prioritize tasks, communicate updates, and identify improvement opportunities. Comply with company policies and ethical standards by actively engaging in continuous improvement practices.
