Your Role: As a  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality therapy to patients in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and be a key part of helping patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives. Responsibilities:

Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT

Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and education

Document patient progress and communicate updates to the OT and care team

Travel locally to patient homes

Help patients and families understand care plans and therapy goals

What You Need:

Active  COTA license  in the state of Texas

CPR Certification

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Excellent communication and time management skills

Home health experience is a plus—but not required

A heart for patient care and a passion for helping others
