Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced CNA Supervisor to join our growing team at Assisting Hands. This unique role blends hands-on caregiving with leadership responsibilities , including training, mentoring, and evaluating caregivers to ensure high standards of client care.

Education & Certification Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Current Utah CNA certification in good standing with the Board of Nursing Valid driver's license and reliable transportation First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain) CPR (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2 year of experience in home care, long-term care, or related setting Strong communication and leadership skills Experience mentoring or training other caregivers is a plus Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Supervisor Duties Include: Conducting caregiver skills evaluations Providing one-on-one and group training sessions for caregivers Assisting with field training and shadowing for new hires Monitoring care quality and providing feedback or additional training as needed Responding to concerns about caregiver performance and assisting in resolution Occasionally providing after-hours or weekend support for caregiver needs Caregiver Duties Include: Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the client's home Providing assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, dressing, and toileting Supporting clients with ambulation, transfers, prescribed exercises, and mobility devices Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Documenting care activities accurately Schedule & Hours: Flexible schedule with caregiving shifts and set hours for training/evaluation duties Full-time availability preferred This is an hourly, non-exempt position Evening and weekend availability a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
