Job Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care in post-acute settings Observe and report on resident conditions to the nursing team Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records Ensure cleanliness and safety through various tasks Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities Reposition and transport residents as necessary Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families Engage with residents and respond to their specific needs Adhere to care plans and follow relevant laws and policies Qualifications and Skills: Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification Knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs Are you ready to prioritize your career and life?
