Hourly Rate: $20.50 - $28.50/hr (Based on Experience and Incentives)
$2 Shift Differential (3pm -11pm, and 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for CNAs: Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met Qualifications for CNAs: A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of New Jersey Valid BLS Certification (CPR) Ability to work with multiple patients at once Benefits for CNAs: Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus Health, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) with match Employee engagement and culture committee Shift differentials Company sponsored life insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) resources
