We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time, full-time, and per diem roles. Position Overview: The primary purpose of your role as a Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide personalized daily nursing care and services to residents according to their unique assessments and care plans, under the guidance of your supervisors. Key Responsibilities: Deliver essential care to residents and assist them with daily activities. Accurately record all care provided on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., ensuring detailed and informative documentation. Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being to the appropriate staff. Qualifications: A valid CT C.N.A certification is required.
