Accurately documenting entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, and other records in a clear and concise manner. Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to ensure their well-being. Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): Valid CT C.N.A certification is a must. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
