Position Overview
As a CNA, your role will be essential in providing compassionate and personalized care. You will assist residents in daily activities, monitor their health, offer emotional support, and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to uphold the highest standards of care.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and documenting vital signs
Providing emotional support and companionship
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Collaborating with the nursing team to create effective care plans
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
