Your Key Responsibilities Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles using a company-assigned car hauler. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of vehicles, supporting inventory movement and customer satisfaction. Maintain equipment with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness. Comply with all applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements and CarMax policies, performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Represent CarMax professionally in all interactions with vendors, store associates, and the public. Qualifications and Requirements Must hold a valid state-issued commercial driver's license Class A (CDL). Minimum of 2 years Class A CDL driving experience required; military driving experience will be considered. Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years; must meet CarMax's Driver Safety Evaluation standards. Ability to meet all DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements. Capable of lifting heavy objects and winching transported vehicles during the loading process. Proficient in operating a 10-speed transmission. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills.
