Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, assisting with payments, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless experience. Payments and Reports: Operate the POS system accurately, balance registers, and complete daily reports to maintain financial accuracy. Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training). Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors along with keeping up with permit, state, city, requirements. counting tobacco and lottery inventory. Maintenance: Keep the site clean and presentable by tidying up, restocking shelves, addressing basic maintenance tasks in and outside the operation. Achieve Excellence: Aim to be a top sales performer and maintain a high level of problem-solving prowess. Training and Team Support: Train new hires and maintain clear communication with the team, contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment. Qualifications: Retail Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. ⛽ Gas Station Familiarity: Familiarity with gas station operations is preferred. Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be at least 21 years old. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks that require physical movement hand manipulation.
