As a Cashier Team Member at Panera, you will be the welcoming face our guests see first—always friendly and inviting. You'll handle orders accurately, ensure guests feel at home, and send them away smiling every time. Your Responsibilities as a Cashier Include: Efficiently assist guests with their orders. Stay informed about our menu and Limited Time Offers. Provide outstanding guest service under all circumstances. Be aware of daily priorities and adjust accordingly. Maintain a positive outlook while addressing each task, including challenges, and adapt to changes as they occur. Contribute to fostering a culture of warmth, inclusion, growth, and trust. This Role Is Perfect for You If: You are at least 16 years old. You are capable of completing basic food safety training (Food Handler's Card, where required by law). You can thrive and learn in a rapid-paced environment. This position requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, due to shifting priorities. As a Cashier, your duties will often require you to: Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds. Stand and walk for periods of up to 6 hours.
