Position Summary A cashier shift leader oversees cashier team and operations during their shift, provides excellent customer service, cash accuracy, and smooth front-end operations. This role supports the Store Manager by coordinating workflow and maintaining front-of-store standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Supervise cashier staff during assigned shifts

Ensure cash accuracy in all transactions

Provide excellent customer service example for coworkers

Maintain retail product displays to ensure they are organized and meet quality standards

Assist with inventory monitoring and product restocking

Maintain cleanliness and organization of wet bar and cash register areas

Help train new staff and provide guidance during shifts

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

1+ years of retail or cashier experience; leadership required

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position begins at $16.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
