*What You’ll Do*

As part of our growing team, you’ll contribute your skills on a wide range of projects:

* Custom home builds * Renovations and additions * High-end finishes and framing * Collaborating closely with project managers, suppliers, and fellow trades

*What You Bring*

* 3+ years of hands-on carpentry or related construction experience * Confidence using hand and power tools safely * Ability to read plans and accurately measure (you’ll complete a tape measure test during your interview) * Reliable transportation and consistent attendance (references required) * A positive attitude and commitment to representing our company with professionalism

* *Location:* Florence, Alabama (relocation required before starting) * *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Are you willing and able to commute from your home to the jobsite and arrive at work by 7:00? * Do you have reliable transportation to and from work? * Are you comfortable working on ladders and scaffolds? * Do you have any medical conditions that would inhibit safe working practices on a construction project? * Are you comfortable working outside during hot or cold weather?
