Job Description Our Care Professionals are experts at providing compassionate care and building meaningful relationships with older adults. We offer a range of work schedules, from full-time to part-time and on-call positions. On-call roles require 4 days a week, 12-hour visits, including one weekend day. Pay for on-call positions ranges from $17 to $20 per hour. Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties. Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and incontinence management. At least two professional references are required. Able and willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care. Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are needed (Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Completion of necessary compliance, licensing, or registration is required.
