Job Description Our Care Professionals are experts at providing compassionate care and building meaningful relationships with older adults. At Home Instead, we value the dedication of our Care Professionals and provide them with the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. We offer a range of work schedules, from full-time to part-time and on-call positions. On-call roles require 4 days a week, 12-hour visits, including one weekend day. Pay for on-call positions ranges from $17 to $20 per hour. Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties. Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and incontinence management. Access to our user-friendly mobile app for real-time updates and schedule management. Requirements Reliable transportation to and from clients is essential (drivers preferred but not mandatory). At least two professional references are required. Able and willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care. Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are needed (Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Completion of necessary compliance, licensing, or registration is required. Job Type & Schedule Full-time and part-time options available. Shifts required Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is essential.
