LOCATION: New Whitman, MA location (opening soon) or our current Berkley, MA location (pending team transitions) What You'll Do: The Dispensary Team Lead will manage and facilitate critical functions of retail operations. This role works to improve dispensary sales and company image through extraordinary customer service. Key responsibilities include: Leading with integrity and supporting a culture of collaboration Mastering seed-to-sale and point-of-sale systems Sharing product knowledge and educating both customers and staff Supporting inventory processes and assisting with stock organization Helping train and mentor team members Assisting in sales reporting and establishing daily operational standards Fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike What You'll Bring: Strong knowledge of cannabis products and trends Minimum of 1 year of retail cannabis experience Confidence with Point of Sale systems, cash handling, and Microsoft Office proficiency Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and changing schedules Comfortable being on your feet all day and lifting up to 50 lbs Excellent written and verbal communicator: clear, respectful, and easy to talk to You must be 21 or older (per MA state law)
