The Cancer Patient Navigator (RN) is responsible for guiding patients and families through the continuum of cancer care services, serving as a consistent point of contact and advocate. This role manages resources through interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring timely access to services, education, and support. The Navigator facilitates communication to achieve optimal patient outcomes and an enhanced patient experience.
Qualifications:
Required Skills

Position Requirements:
Associates Degree in Nursing Required, Bachelors̢۪ Degree in Nursing Preferred
Current MI RN License Required
5 years Healthcare Experience Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required (Available Upon Hire)
Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
Position Details:
