Call Center Supervisor (up to $25/hr) We’re seeking a composed, compassionate leader with call center experience to oversee weekend operations and support both crisis callers and frontline staff. This is a great opportunity for anyone with past supervisory or management experience looking for part-time weekend shifts It is also a very fulfilling role in getting to assist residents of Massachusetts going through mental health issues.
Job Details: This is a part-time opening Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, either 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Pay Rate: up to $25.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support weekend Call Takers, providing real-time coaching and guidance De-escalate challenging situations and provide crisis intervention when needed Ensure professional, empathetic, and nonjudgmental support is delivered consistently Efficiently navigate multiple communication and data systems while on calls Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of managing or supervising people in either a call center or customer support environment Prior hands-on experience working in a call center Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong verbal communication and listening skills
