We are seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for direct hire rolein a Customer Care Call Center located in Gardena, CA . These positions support the pharmacy and medical departments by providing patient-focused assistance, call handling, and problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position Details: Location: Gardena, CA Type: Direct Hire Start: ASAP Training Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm Post-Training Schedule: Must be available for rotating weekday and Saturday shifts (variable between 6:00 am 7:00 pm). Flexibility is required. Note: Saturday shifts include 1 weekday off and 1 hour overtime. Sundays may be added in the future. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and AHF staff with professionalism and care Assist with scheduling, prescription transfers, grievances, and pharmacy/healthcare service inquiries Provide calm, empathetic, and effective support for callers in stressful situations Collaborate with pharmacy and medical teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery Maintain compliance with HIPAA, internal policies, and customer service standards Contribute to team success by attending trainings, meetings, and sharing feedback for service improvement Qualifications: Active California Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (required) 3+ years of call centerexperience (required) 3+years of pharmacy tech experience (required) PTCB Certification (required within 1 year of hire) High school diploma or GED (required) Strong telephone communication skills, professional demeanor, and customer service mindset (required) Values & Attributes: Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication style Positive, solution-oriented attitude Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment Strong commitment to patient care and organizational mission Compensation Note: After 6 months, technicians are eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $2,500 based on KPIs and attendance.
