Requirements:

· California licensed attorney in good standing with no disciplinary history in ANY state.

· *Minimum* *of 5 years’ continual estate planning experience in California*; expert knowledge of California trusts and estates law. Must have completed many estate plans and various trusts for clients over the last 5 years, and be very familiar with the current state of trusts and estates law in California, including ALL FORMS used for such planning. We are not looking for casual estate planners who only do a few a year. We are looking for an attorney who _primarily _does estate plans and has done so for at least 5 years.

· *Must *have document resources available to share with firm; All relevant California estate planning documents in editable form, such as, but not necessarily limited to: wills, advance directive, POAs (financial and medical), revocable living trust, special needs trust, disposition of last remains, nomination/appointment of guardian, assignment of property, digital asset consent, deeds, and any others relevant to California estate planning. Documents provided must be demonstrably in accord with current California law.

· Must be able to provide expertise on California trusts and estates law and conventions; advise on construction of estate planning questionnaires for California residents; advise on execution requirements in California.

· Estimated 6-10 hours-worth of advisory work in addition to documents provided as described for a *one-time* flat fee of $1,500.00.

· There is a possibility for more work as an estate planning attorney in California following the successful completion of the work described in the above flat-fee Estate Planning Resource Advisor Position.
