They are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically driven Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to join their dynamic team and play a key role in expanding their market presence across global territories. Position Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the biopharmaceutical industry. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong scientific background who are looking to transition into a commercial role and make a direct impact on business growth (no business development experience required). Mandarin fluency is essential, as the role will include engagement with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. This position requires a full driver's license and access to a car. Key Responsibilities Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with prospective clients in the biopharmaceutical sector. Promote the company's scientific capabilities, products, and services to increase brand awareness and market share. Collaborate with internal scientific and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. Support the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Actively contribute to market analysis and strategic planning for regional growth. Qualifications Ph.D. in a Life Sciences or Bioscience discipline (e.g., Immunology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field). Strong interest in developing a commercial career within the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Must have a full driver's license and access to a car.
