Job Description The Server Assistant provides support to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting the team in delivering a welcoming guest experience. Requirements Assist in creating a high-energy environment that promotes guest engagement and satisfaction. Communicate effectively with management and staff, fostering a respectful work environment.
