Overview Bravo-Assistant Server at Bertucci's. The role supports service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to maintain smooth guest service operations. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and uphold company culture in daily operations. Responsibilities Provide assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess teams to ensure efficient guest service. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Direct, implement, and uphold practices aligned with Company culture and service standards. Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines. Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, dress codes, hours of operation, price ranges, and menu items, preparation methods, and plate presentation. Assist with cleaning/setting tables, replenishing ware, busing tables, and supporting staff with guest needs. Document any accidents or incidents per Company policies and procedures. Comply with state sanitation/health regulations and Company standards. Experience One to two years experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
