We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for merchandising. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Duties Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively. Supervise daily operations including cash handling, POS management. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the boutique and increase sales. Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and budget management to optimize profitability. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management. Maintain high standards of store presentation through effective merchandising techniques. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager in a similar environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in inventory management. Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, and sales management principles. Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
