Responsibilities On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, delivering personalized sales expertise. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. In a fast-paced environment, stay flexible and open to change to meet customer needs and stay current with evolving tech. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, well provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals. Compensation & Schedule Retail Sales Consultant earnings: between $21.43 - $24.95 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, and training.
