Overview Join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located at the posted location. No relocation offered. Meeting sales targets and earning commission comes from AT&Ts product suite, including the latest devices and personalized services. Responsibilities On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and help them find the right solutions. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and keep up with evolving technology. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, training will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals. Compensation & Benefits Retail Sales Consultant earnings: $21.43$24.95 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers can earn approximately $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
