Job Overview As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will be a vital member of our Retail Team, embodying the T-Mobile brand and igniting enthusiasm around our products and services. This role focuses on professional development, preparing you for advancement to a Mobile Expert role. Job Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by: - Assisting customers in their shopping journey, whether they are online, on the phone, or in-store. - Understanding individual needs and demonstrating the latest technologies in person. - Collaborating with customers to provide tailored solutions, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. - Maintaining a compassionate and composed approach to service and sales. Master and utilize digital tools to: - Effectively showcase network coverage in customers' areas and highlight the benefits of T-Mobile plans. - Complete all necessary training on in-store processes and innovations in technology. Build relationships and work with T-Mobile staff across departments to: - Ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise. - Identify small business opportunities and engage them appropriately. - Support team initiatives while fostering an inclusive environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Genuine passion for advocating for customers and connecting with them in an authentic way (Required) Strong competitive drive and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) The ability to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders while addressing customer needs (Required) Effectively balance customer satisfaction and performance targets (Required) Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required: No Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Upon completing initial training, Mobile Associates are eligible for a promotion to the Mobile Expert role and can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000, with total earnings guaranteed at $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
