Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service for inquiries and issues via various channels (phone, email, web chat, etc.). Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting. Respond courteously and professionally to customer inquiries using pre-scripted responses. Assist callers with completing online applications and submitting them to healthcare providers. Stay informed of client regulations and report any online system-related issues. May require collaboration with senior staff for complex inquiries. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Regular attendance at the worksite is essential for effective collaboration and performance. Participation in internal training programs required for role completion.
