Schedule: Flexible Full-Time schedules available Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.; work hours and schedules will be discussed with the recruiter. Night shifts are highly desirable! Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service for routine inquiries through various channels (telephone, email, web chat). Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information gathering. Respond to customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies. Assist customers with applications and document submissions. Follow operational procedures including adherence to privacy and HIPAA rules. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
