Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers, provide reliable automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and teammates to foster a motivated and productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily tasks. Sales & Metrics Mindedness: Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations: Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow proper cash handling procedures, and implement loss prevention policies to ensure effective financial management. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance: Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Adhere to safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge & Installation Services: Stay updated on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Diagnostics Support: Utilize diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. What We’re Looking For: Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Automotive Retail Experience: Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred. Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
