As a Mobile Associate, you'll engage with customers directly, building genuine relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. Your role will involve: Proactively engaging with diverse customers in a high-traffic retail setting. Utilizing digital tools to identify customer needs and offering tailored T-Mobile solutions. Completing training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and staying updated with promotions and initiatives. Partnering with nearby store locations to ensure seamless customer onboarding. Building strong connections with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. This position is ideal for those with: A High School Diploma or GED At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment Skills and qualities that will help you succeed: A passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction The ability to work collaboratively with team members A competitive drive in achieving sales goals Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States The position offers an hourly base pay of $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. Within the first 90 days, you'll receive on-the-job training and the chance to earn additional incentives totaling up to $18,000 annually, based on performance and full-time status.
