Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant, where you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to exceed sales goals and deliver an outstanding shopping experience to our valued customers. Sales Responsibilities: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Provide high-quality sales that meet and surpass the company’s key performance indicators. Promote and sell preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories according to company guidelines. Implement best practices and behavior techniques to maximize sales performance. Assist in training and mentoring new hires and existing team members. Complete any additional tasks assigned by management. Operational Duties: Adhere to all company policies, as described in the Employee Handbook. Follow established procedures for paperwork and documentation. Become proficient in essential systems such as RQ4, Paycom, and other training platforms. Review sales paperwork regularly to ensure accuracy. Manage cash handling procedures diligently and take responsibility for any discrepancies. Safeguard company assets and use sound judgment to prevent fraudulent transactions. Ensure thorough and accurate completion of opening and closing checklists. Communicate any inventory issues to supervisors promptly. Keep all access codes and passwords secure. Maintain an attractive and organized store environment. Additional Responsibilities: Foster a positive workplace culture by following company policies and procedures. Record time and attendance accurately in the designated system. Adhere to work schedules and notify management in advance of any requests for time off. Take ownership of resolving issues within your control. Essential Requirements: At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week over at least four days. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Reliable transportation to the work location and for any required off-site meetings.
