Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service through effective sales techniques. Facilitate customer interactions to determine needs and recommend appropriate products. Build trusting relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Maintain organized work files and product inventories. Prepare and mix products according to customer specifications. Keep the store well-stocked and presentable. Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading shipments as needed. Stay knowledgeable about product options and improvements to sales. Support sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Minimum Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years. Legal authorization to work without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry materials up to 70 lbs with or without accommodation. Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in customer service, delivery, or retail. Experience selling paint or related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
