As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, responding to their inquiries about our exceptional products, and recommending tailored solutions that leave them satisfied. Your commitment to resolving any customer concerns will ensure a positive shopping experience while helping the store meet its sales targets. This position also involves staying current with product features and maintaining the high-quality visual standards within the store. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential as you interact with customers, including minors, as well as handle cash and electronic payments securely. The role is based at Store #3328, located at 500 Summit Ave Greensboro NC 27405 and is a part-time position with up to 28 hours per week. The starting pay is $13.25 per hour. What You Will Do: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and offering appropriate products and services. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products per customer specifications. Stock shelves and create appealing product displays. Clean store equipment and maintain store presentation. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Deliver products as needed and maintain store inventory. Proactively suggest improvements to boost sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. One (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Knowledge of operating tinting and mixing equipment.
