As you take on this role, you will be stationed at Store #2657, located at 3192 US Highway 70, Black Mountain, NC, 28711. Your commitment to customer service will be crucial as you: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers both in-person and via phone, determining their needs and presenting the right products. Build and nurture trust-based relationships with a diverse customer base. Accurately process sales transactions, adhering to company policies. Meet and exceed sales goals consistently. Maintain organized work order files and product specifications. Prepare products by tinting and mixing them to meet customer requests. Stock shelves and create visually appealing displays. Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed. Keep assigned store areas in excellent condition and well-stocked. Stay informed about product offerings and effectively communicate options to customers. Adhere to inventory control standards. Offer suggestions for improving store sales. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Capable of reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating effectively in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience in paint and paint-related product sales.
