This position is part-time and available at Store #2300, located at: 10404 Indianapolis Blvd Highland, IN 46322. You may also assist at the Dyer Store 3260 and Hammond Store 3021. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable product options. Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Achieve sales targets on a regular basis. Maintain organized work files and product records. Prepare products as per customer specifications, including tinting and mixing. Organize the sales floor, restock shelves, and create attractive displays. Ensure cleanliness and functionality of store equipment. Participate in deliveries and assist unloading when required. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed about product offerings and options. Engage in inventory control practices. Propose ideas to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Current employees of Sherwin-Williams must have received at least a meets expectations rating on their last performance appraisal. Must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current role. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
