In this role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, addressing their needs and answering questions about our top-quality products. Your expertise will enable you to recommend the best solutions while ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. This position is based at Store #5190, located at: 399 Garrisonville Rd, Stafford, VA 22554-1578. There may be opportunities to work in nearby stores within a 5-mile radius. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone with product selections. Build and maintain trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail clients. Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Prepare products based on customer specifications, including tinting and mixing. Stock shelves and set up visually appealing displays. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Support in loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries as necessary. Ensure all assigned areas are in-stock and presentable. Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Propose strategies for improved sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Internal candidates must meet performance standards and complete necessary training courses. Preferred Qualifications: Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED is preferred. One (1) year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products is advantageous. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
