As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, addressing product inquiries, and providing tailored solutions. You will primarily work at Store #2503, located at 4011 Battleground Ave, Greensboro, NC, 27455, with up to 28 hours per week available. The starting salary is $13.25. Your duties will involve: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and recommend suitable products. Building strong, trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Preparing products by tinting and mixing according to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up attractive product displays. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of store equipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary. Managing inventory control procedures effectively. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Providing suggestions to enhance sales and store operations. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship for an employment visa. Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Prior experience with paint and paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
