As a Bilingual Retail Associate, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide information about our Sherwin-Williams products. You will recommend the right solutions, resolve customer concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining quality visual standards in our store are key responsibilities. Your goal will be to deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales targets. Your role involves interaction with customers, including minors, and may require access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise.
