Engaging with customers actively is crucial to our success. Your expertise will shine as you build and nurture relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying and fulfilling customer needs through your passion for technology. Job Responsibilities: Actively engage with a diverse customer base in a bustling retail environment by utilizing digital tools, effective communication, and educating customers on the value of T-Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self-service tools throughout customer interactions to determine their needs and apply solution-based selling techniques, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Complete thorough training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, maintaining a readiness to assist customers with the latest products and processes while ensuring you understand all promotions and updates. Demonstrate a customer-obsessed mindset by being friendly and approachable, connecting personally with customers, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Follow up with customers and capture referrals to boost sales. Collaborate with nearby store leadership and teams to enhance the customer experience from setup to ongoing support. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Passionate about customer satisfaction and able to balance customer experience with performance objectives. Desire to collaborate as part of a dynamic T-Mobile store team, actively learning and sharing best practices. Competitive spirit and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting. Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required: No Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After initial training, Mobile Associates have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role and may earn an annual incentive target of $18,000. Actual incentives depend on performance and full-time status. Every employee is guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
