You will be our brand ambassador, generating energy and excitement around our products and services. Your day-to-day will include: Engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping journey, whether they’ve come from online or in-store. Demonstrating cutting-edge technology with hands-on experiences. Personalizing solutions for customers that go beyond basic devices and service plans, enhancing their connectivity with unique accessories and IoT devices. Approaching all service and sales situations with composure, integrity, and empathy. Utilizing digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's extensive coverage and service benefits. Completing thorough training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, innovative skills, and systems knowledge. Building relationships with T-Mobile employees across all channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identifying small business opportunities and supporting team initiatives to foster an inclusive environment. Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Required Skills and Attributes A passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and engaging with others. A strong competitive drive with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced sales atmosphere. A willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while servicing customers. Adept at balancing customer needs with performance goals. Job Details Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and eligibility for hourly training pay. After completing training, you can promote to the Mobile Expert role, with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, dependent on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. Furthermore, every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
