Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Assist customers in their shopping journey, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Work collaboratively with colleagues to find personalized solutions that enhance our customers' connectivity. Stay knowledgeable about T-Mobile's products, plans, and services and effectively communicate their benefits. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and utilize digital tools to aid customer interactions. Foster positive relationships with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. Upon successful completion of training, you will be eligible for promotions and incentives that can significantly increase your earnings.
