Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you'll be an integral part of a Retail Team of Experts, energizing the T-Mobile brand. As a brand ambassador, your role is to cultivate excitement for our cutting-edge products and services. You will immerse yourself in creating meaningful connections with customers, clarifying their needs, and educating them on the solutions that keep them connected. This is a role designed for learning, preparing you for advancement to Mobile Expert. Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and build loyalty by: ? Assisting customers seamlessly in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. ? Identifying individual needs and demonstrating the latest tech in-store. ? Collaborating with customers to find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices. ? Approach service and sales needs with integrity and compassion. Become proficient in digital tools and utilize them to: ? Show customers our expansive network coverage and speed ? Explain how T-Mobile's plans can enhance their connectivity and lifestyle. ? Complete all training on in-store processes and industry innovations. Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to: ? Enhance the customer experience and resolve issues collaboratively. ? Identify and refer small business leads. ? Foster an inclusive team environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A genuine passion for customer advocacy with a flair for personable interactions. A competitive spirit and a proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment. A team player keen on learning and sharing knowledge. Skilled at balancing customer needs with performance goals. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the United States. Travel: No travel required. Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour during training. Mobile Associates are trained for 90 days, post which they promote to Mobile Experts eligible for annual incentives up to $18,000/year, depending on performance. All T-Mobile employees earn a guaranteed $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for annual stock grants.
