You'll be a brand ambassador who fosters excitement around our products and services, all while flourishing in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. Build meaningful connections with our customers and become an expert in meeting their needs through education on the latest devices and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online or in-store. Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and personalized device solutions. Maintain composure and integrity while handling service and sales needs. Develop and utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, skills, and systems. Establish partnerships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED required, with 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Passionate about customer advocacy and connecting with customers in a fun and engaging manner. Driven and proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to learn and collaborate with peers and store leaders. Adept at balancing customer needs and performance goals. Additional Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly base pay starts at $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. Mobile Associates will receive on-the-job training, and after 90 days, they will be promoted to the Mobile Expert role, qualifying for potential annual incentives up to $18,000. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
