Your mission is to actively engage customers, creating an energetic and exciting atmosphere around our products and services. You are not just a sales associate; you are an ambassador passionate about technology who thrives in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. Your ability to build and deepen customer relationships through meaningful interactions sets you apart. Job Responsibilities: Engage proactively with diverse customers in a bustling retail space, utilizing digital tools and effective communication to showcase T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and execute solution-based selling techniques, demonstrating the value of our products and services. Complete comprehensive training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience, ongoing skill development, and product knowledge. Partner with nearby store locations for effective customer onboarding, and engage in skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations. Foster customer connections by being friendly, engaging, and passionate. Consistently exceed expectations in service delivery. Perform follow-ups with customers, manage referrals, and build lasting relationships to drive ongoing sales activity. Collaborate with leadership and teams to enhance customer experiences from setup to support. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Customer Satisfaction: Be a passionate customer advocate, balancing experience with performance goals. (Required) Team Building: Collaborate effectively with peers and leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers. (Required) Retail Sales: Maintain a competitive drive and confidence to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required) To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel is not required. Compensation: The hourly base pay starts at $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Within your first 90 days, you’ll gain on-the-job training, and upon successful completion, you can earn up to $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. As you grow into the Mobile Expert role, annual incentive targets of $18,000 are achievable based on performance.
