This position is all about learning and honing your skills in preparation for advancement to the Mobile Expert role, requiring successful completion of initial training. Job Responsibilities: Build proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service and sales by: ? Assisting customers seamlessly in their shopping journey, whether in-store, online, or through Customer Care. ? Engaging with customers through hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. ? Collaboratively selling to identify tailored solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. ? Approaching service and sales with composure, integrity, and empathy. Become skilled in using digital tools during customer interactions to: ? Showcase T-Mobile’s expansive coverage and high-speed LTE network in local neighborhoods. ? Explain how T-Mobile services foster unlimited connectivity, allowing customers to stay engaged with their loved ones and lifestyles. ? Complete necessary training related to in-store experiences, systems knowledge, and ongoing learning about wireless innovations. Develop relationships with T-Mobile team members across various channels to: ? Enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring swift issue resolution. ? Successfully identify and transition small business leads. ? Support team goals and foster an inclusive environment. Education and Work Experience: Required: High School Diploma or GED. Required: 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally in a retail setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Genuine customer advocacy with a desire to connect and have fun doing it! (Required) Competitive spirit and a proven track record of success in a dynamic sales environment. (Required) Openness to collaborate with peers and leaders while serving customers and resolving issues. (Required) Ability to balance customer satisfaction with performance goals. (Required) Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Working Conditions: No travel is required for this position. All Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training within the first 90 days and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once training is completed, they will be promoted to the Mobile Expert role and qualify for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, depending on performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees earn a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. Plus, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
