CJ Logistics is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to drive our team's success, foster an engaged workforce, and champion operational excellence at our Logistics Center. Salary Range: $81,600 - $95,800 Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts. What You'll Bring to the Table: Visionary Leadership: Inspire and empower a team of Warehouse Supervisors, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement. Operational Mastery: Implement strategic action plans, optimize staffing, and drive cost-reduction initiatives to achieve top-tier productivity and quality goals. Team Development: Coach and mentor Warehouse Supervisors, ensuring they effectively lead their teams, conduct regular meetings, and maintain a strong presence on the floor. Community & Culture: Lead and engage in site activities, ESG events, and safety committees, connecting employees to CJ Logistics' and our customers' objectives. Problem Solver: Troubleshoot operational obstacles, maintain a safe and organized workplace, and ensure systems and processes drive maximum throughput. Travel as Needed: Expect approximately 20% travel to support our dynamic operations. We're Looking for Someone with: A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience supervising employees and managing leaders. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required). Exceptional leadership, organizational, and cross-functional teamwork skills. A strong understanding of warehousing operations in distribution or manufacturing, with a paramount emphasis on safety. Bonus points for: Familiarity with MHE, Microsoft Office, or warehouse management systems (especially Red Prairie WMS).
