As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will be the face of our company, assisting clients to complete money transfer operations via our store kiosk. Schedules may include weekends and holidays.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive and welcoming experience in a variety of retail environments.
Educate customers on the features, security, and benefits of the Western Union self-service kiosk for money transfers and other transactions.
Actively manage lobby or store traffic by promoting kiosk usage, reducing wait times, and resolving basic kiosk-related issues.
Ensure the cleanliness and professional presentation of the kiosk and surrounding area.
Troubleshoot common customer concerns and assist with kiosk operation as needed.
Build customer confidence by clearly explaining kiosk processes and safety measures.
Provide customer insights and feedback to management to support ongoing improvements to the kiosk experience.
Act as a brand ambassador, helping customers embrace self-service while ensuring their needs are fully met.
Candidates are expected to use their personal smartphone with a reliable service and data plan for time tracking and work-related communication, as needed.
Role Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, diverse retail settings with regular customer interaction.
Tech-savvy with general computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Confident in learning and teaching technology-based services to customers of all backgrounds.
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently while representing the company professionally.
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and retail peak hours.
Candidates must be comfortable using their own personal smartphone with reliable service and data plan, for time tracking and work-related communication, as required.

Salary:
The hourly rate is $18.50 per hour. Additionally, you may be eligible to receive a $0.25 increase 30 days from your date of hire and another $0.25 increase 90 days from your date of hire.

Work Schedule:
The Kiosk Customer Service Specialist will work 40 hours a week, scheduled Thursday through Monday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Workdays will alternate between the two designated locations.
