Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing customers over the phone or in-person to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Personalized Solutions: Develop and present customized insurance solutions to meet specific customer needs and preferences.
Sales Development: Drive sales efforts by actively seeking out new prospects and working to expand the customer base.
Quality Service: Ensure all clients receive a positive experience from introduction to policy selection, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about changes in insurance products, benefits, and regulation to effectively educate clients and suggest optimal solutions.
Multilingual Support: Leverage bilingual skills to communicate effectively with multilingual-speaking clients, ensuring full comprehension and satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing: Active insurance sales license in the state of Texas is preferable.
Experience: Prior experience in an insurance sales role is preferable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close sales and drive revenue.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
